I am writing today in a heartfelt plea for Dani and her family, Pete and Addi. Dani has recently recieved some scary medical news, resulting in the need for an emergency surgery on May, 26th 2023. There is ongoing testing, and will be a lot of out of pocket medical expenses, including the need to stay home and out of work 6 weeks post surgery. The need to have this surgery is of utmost importance. Her starting out of pocket expenses for the May 26th surgery is $35,000 up front before the surgery can even happen. There will be more testing costs, treatment, and doctors visits as well. We know this is only the beginning of a long and arduous journey Dani and her family as the treatment plan develops.
