It is with extreme sadness that we announce the passing of our beloved D'Andre "GiGi" Carter. D'Andre was born November 19th, 2002 and passed away February 23, 2024. I am posting on behalf of my sister Ebony Clark-Franke (Beau Franke on FB) and our family. This GoFundMe is being established to assist our family with the funeral expenses and raise mental health awareness. This tragedy struck our family unexpectedly. There are no words to express the pain and heartache our family is experiencing.
