Dancers Memorial Fund at PHILADANCO! for O'Shae.

Hello, this is PHILADANCO! We have created a dancers memorial scholarship fund in honor of a beloved member of our Philadanco family, Oshae Sibley. This fund will equally support his mother Onetha Sibley in the future where needed and will match the memorial scholarship fund for the young men at PHILADANCO!. O'Shae's life with Philadanco was important to all of us. We want to ensure that he is never forgotten.
