Help Our Dancers Represent Scotland at the Dance World Cup 2026

We are so proud to share that Pirrie Dance Company, a local dance school based in Dunfermline and Perth, has qualified an incredible 15 group dances, along with 9 solos and 2 trios, for the Dance World Cup 2026 in Dublin — a prestigious international competition bringing together dancers from all over the world.

Qualifying is a dream come true – but attending comes with a huge financial challenge.

To compete at the Dance World Cup, our dancers and their families must cover the cost of:

• International travel and flights

• Accommodation in Dublin for 5–10 days

• Competition entry fees

• Costumes

• Team wear

• Extra Rehearsals

That’s why we are fundraising and asking for support from our wider community. Every donation, no matter how small, will help bring our dancers one step closer to representing our city on the world stage.

How we manage the funds

To keep everything clear and protected, all fundraising money is paid into a separate Monzo account created specifically for this Dance World Cup fundraiser. These funds will only be used for Dance World Cup team expenses.
