Help An Emerging Bronx Salsa Team Take the Stage!

TDC Con Clase is entering an exciting new performance season, and we are inviting our community to help us make every performance, training opportunity and stage experience possible.

This season, 7 dancers will take this journey together — 4 dancers on our Pro Team and 3 new dancers joining our Beginner Team.

From performances and salsa socials in New York City to the Puerto Rican Day Parade and ultimately the Miami Salsa Conference, our goal is to give our dancers opportunities to grow, perform and experience the broader dance community.

About Tatiana & Tatiana's Dance Center

Tatiana's Dance Center (TDC) was founded by Tatiana Rosario a trained dancer, instructor and advocate for the dance community whose work centers on creating opportunities for people to learn, train and experience the joy of dance.

Through TDC, dancers of different experience levels can come together to learn salsa, Hip Hop, Bachata and Contemporary to develop their technique, build confidence and become part of a larger dance community.

TDC Con Clase is the adult performance team within this community, bringing together dancers who want to take their skills beyond the dance studio and onto the stage.

The team provides dancers with opportunities to:

* Train and rehearse together
* Perform at salsa events and cultural celebrations
* Participate in dance socials and community events
* Build stage presence and performance experience
* Connect with dancers and teams throughout the salsa community
* Travel for dance events and conferences
* Represent TDC at larger cultural and dance events

This season is especially exciting because the team includes both experienced performers and dancers who are beginning their performance journey.

Our 4 Pro Team dancers bring experience and leadership, while our 3 Beginner dancers are developing their skills and gaining new opportunities to perform.

Together, they represent the growth and community that TDC Con Clase is building.

From New York City to Miami

The 2026–2027 season will take TDC Con Clase through several important performance opportunities:

OCTOBER 2026

Two upcoming performances will kick off the season and give our dancers an opportunity to showcase their work.

DECEMBER 2026

Another performance opportunity as the team continues its season.
JUNE 2027

Puerto Rican Day Parade

TDC Con Clase will participate in the Puerto Rican Day Parade, bringing our dancers into one of New York City's major celebrations of Puerto Rican culture and community.

JULY 23–25, 2027

Miami Salsa Conference

Our biggest travel and performance opportunity of the season.

We are working toward bringing all 7 dancers to Miami to train, perform, network and participate in the larger salsa community.

What Your Donation Supports

Our $7,500 goal will help offset the costs associated with the dancers' season, including:

Performance fees
Approximately $130–$150 per dancer for a performance weekend.

Salsa socials
Approximately $20 per person, providing additional opportunities to perform, network and promote TDC.

Costumes & alterations

Flights and travel

Lodging

Transportation

Meals and travel expenses

Marketing, photography & video

These costs add up quickly, particularly when seven dancers are traveling and participating together.

Supporting TDC Con Clase & SAEN

This fundraiser is being hosted by Shhhh Arts & Enterprise Network (SAEN) in support of TDC Con Clase's 2026–2027 performance season.

SAEN's Executive Director & Founder, Sheana Stokes, and Program Director, Emily Marino, are both members of the TDC Con Clase Pro Team.

We are sharing this relationship openly so our supporters understand how the fundraiser is structured.

Approximately 80% of funds raised will support TDC Con Clase's eligible team and performance-related expenses, while approximately 20% will support SAEN programs focused on arts education, artist development, mentorship and entrepreneurship.
