As you all know, Fred Astaire Dance Studio Miami Beach (FADS) is our happy place—our escape from the everyday. For so many of us, it feels like a second home: a place where we’ve found confidence, friendship, and a positive outlet through dance, fitness, and creativity.

The moment you walk through the doors, you’re swept into a world of movement, play, and joy. Our incredible teachers greet us with great energy and big smiles, and their classes inspire us, uplift us, and send us back out into the world renewed.

What makes this place so special is not just the dance—it’s the energy, passion, and care Dima, Allie, and the FADS team pour into each of us. We’ve received so much from them: confidence, artistry, laughter, and love.

Now, we have an opportunity to give back. As many of you know, FADS is a small business, and like all new businesses, unexpected challenges arise. In the next 6 to 12 months, the studio will need to replace its Heating and Air Conditioning (HVAC) system at an estimated cost of $20,000.

Dima and Allie have no idea we are doing this, and they have never asked for help. This is something a group of us decided to organize out of love and gratitude. We are throwing a party in their honor and inviting anyone who is able and willing to contribute toward this cause.

This fundraiser is our way to say thank you for everything this studio has given us—health, joy, friendships, celebrations, and lifelong memories. Whether it was through weddings, competitions, weekly classes, or unforgettable parties, FADS has enriched all our lives.
