It's time for Released Contemporary Dance Company's seventh annual charity showcase! This year, Dance For A Cause will be held virtually via YouTube livestream on February 28th. Similar to previous years, all proceeds from the show will be given to our selected charity: WEAVE.
WEAVE is a Sacramento County non-profit that provides crisis intervention services, shelter, legal assistance, and counseling to survivors of domestic violence and sexual assault. During the pandemic, the demand for WEAVE’s services has only grown.
Additionally, Dance For A Cause will feature diverse performances from dance groups around campus who will be competing to win prize money for their charity of choice. You can find the link to the Facebook event here: https://fb.me/e/1VItH3j5n
