My sister, Dana, is a single mom living in the Chicagoland Area. She got pregnant last year when she was homeless & using drugs. After delivering her healthy baby girl, Serenity Grace, she worked to get her life back on track with the help of her family. Her & her boyfriend both became clean & sober, he got a job, they moved into a beautiful apartment together, and started over. Fast forward 7 months.....her boyfriend starting using again, lost his job, and has left her to fend for herself. She wants nothing to do with him and in order to stay clean & sober herself, she needs to leave the area IMMEDIATELY. Her family has since all moved to Southern California. She needs to move this way to get away from him & continue on her clean lifestyle with her daughter.

If you all could please find it in your hearts to help donate to her GO FUND ME page, that would be great. The funds will be used for her airfare/baggage fees, shipping of some of her personal items (whatever does not fit in the suitcases allowed per airline), purchasing new baby items once in California (as all of hers are being sold now for diaper money, etc...), extra month rent (before moving), and any other expenses she may need in the meantime or once getting settled in CA.

Just for peace of mind, these funds are being placed directly into my personal account & will be used for my sister.
