Dana Tormollan: Write-In Candidate TR Council

November 7th: Elect Dana Tormollan to Toms River Twp. Council At-Large Seat. Write-In Candidate.

First lets explain what the Town Council does.

The council members are voted in by the residents. They are

to monitor the needs of the community and adjust local policies and practices when necessary to preserve peace and prosperity. The Town Council strives to provide high-quality municipal services while maintaining affordable fees and taxes. Basically, the council helps "steer the ship". Hopefully in the direction that best suits the community as a whole.

Dana is our neighbor. She is a Mom and very busy taking care of her 3 nephews as well working another job. Dana is a member of the TR Zoning Board. Since her appointment, she has attended all but one of those meetings. She is involved with and attends Toms River Education Foundation Meetings and represents Toms River at the Ocean County Committee Meetings as well. Dana evidently also knows how to manage her time and is well organized! If like many of us, you can’t be at the Council Meetings, rest assured, you can put your trust in Dana. She is not looking to please anyone but the people of our community. No special interest groups. No aspirations to climb the political ladder. Dana is simply a Toms River resident with a love for our community and a passion to see it improve and grow in the right direction.
