So, our sweet friend, Dana Smith, is in need of some help.

She has been in the hospital a couple of times in the last month due to some serious medical issues and will be out of work for a while. She is going to need quite a bit of help while she recovers and slowly gets back on her feet.

Dana is a beloved part of the Austin community. Some of you may remember, she was in the legendary punk rock band, Pork, and is an all-around badass! She is likely one of the kindest people you’ve met and deserves to rest and recover while not worrying about paying her bills. She has the kind of job that if you don’t work, you don’t get paid. That doesn’t work so well in these hard times, it just snowballs. We all know, the stress of that alone can contribute to more debilitating health issues. She does so much for everyone and it’s time for us to give back.

Please help her if you can. Anything helps…big or small. We need her and she needs us now more than ever. Let’s give her some love and help her get back on her feet.
