We would like to start by introducing ourselves and why we started this GoFundMe page. We are a team of Nurses who work closely with Dana, who want to help her family during these hard times.


On May 14th Dana’s Husband suddenly suffered from a heart attack that unfortunately took him away from his two children and wife far too soon.


To start we want to raise money to help Dana support her children and pay for any funeral/memorial services that may be difficult at this time.


Dana is loving, caring and has a bubbly personality who migrated to Canada with her family, and pursued her passion in nursing. She is a hardworking mother of two, who is continuing her education in becoming a Registered Nurse. Dana and her family are the only ones here in Canada. Dana is suffering with the extreme pressure of finishing her studies, being there for her two children, the loss of her husband, and the pain and destruction brought on by Covid 19 also weighed heavily on her family the last couple months.


This tragedy is a reminder during this hard and trying time, that we all have to continue to work together as a team, and continue to lift each other up.


In the meantime, her Nursing Family wants to lift Dana up and lighten her burden anyway we can. Nothing we can do to bring her husband back, and there is no quick and easy way for Dana’s heart to heal. However, we want Dana to get through the next few months without worrying about finances and be able to spend this time with her children and allow them all to cherish their loving memories, and reassemble their lives. That is why we are asking for any donation you may be able to spare.


There are no expectations for what might be appropriate to give, and is entirely your decision, and we don’t want anyone to feel obligated to donate if you can’t afford it.
