Dana and Her Dogs Need Our Help: Hit-and-Run Survivor
Donation protected
On the night of March 11, 2025, a young 25-year-old lady, Dana, was walking home. She was alone, walking on a 4-hour walk on a lone country road. All of a sudden, a car came out of nowhere and hit her. This was a hit-and-run incident, leaving Dana severely injured. She has suffered multiple breaks on her left arm and hand (which is splinted and wrapped now), multiple breaks on her lower leg and foot, her ankle is shot and will probably end up needing surgery (all wrapped and in a boot now), and multiple lacerations on her backside, plus a concussion and possible head trauma.
Dana is extremely smart and sweet, and worked day to day welding and doing freelance work. She has a very sad backstory and deserves to get help in this life, for her and her dogs, for a change. There was a police report made with zero leads, unfortunately.
Sadly, this young lady does not have any family or close friends nor a stable home that can rescue her and help during this time. However, she has a website with updates on her status to show how much community care and support really does come through to make miracles happen. https://dearoutreach.wixsite.com/dana-1
Our goal is working to get her on a path to recovery as well as on a path to a better life. She won't be able to work for a while, and all funds will go directly to her for food, water, a Tracfone, and any further bills. She is definitely worth the effort, and we want to show her just that, after everything she has already been through and experienced.
Please, consider a donation of your choosing, prayers, and good vibes as Dana begins her new life journey.
