Dan Polk and Family Fund

Dan Polk is a great guy with a great family.  But everyone needs help sometimes.  Work has been tough for Dan the past few years.  His family has struggled to make ends meet and now they need help to get off the street and back on their feet.  

They need money to get their things out of storage, first and last on a new apartment and for time for Dan to find work.  We'd all want people to be their for us, let's do this for Dan.
