Coach Dan McCarty's Dream to Drive!

My name is Dan, a 21-year-old follower of Jesus, navigating the complexities of life with a condition known as Osteogenesis Imperfecta. This journey has been one of faith, resilience, and learning to see God’s hand in every circumstance. With over 300 bone fractures and three surgeries, my story is a testament to God's grace and the strength He provides in our weakest moments. While these numbers may seem overwhelming, they only tell a part of my story. Yes, my body may break more easily than most, but my spirit? It's unbreakable. Each challenge I've faced has only fueled my determination to live life to the fullest, to embrace every moment, and live out God’s will for my life.

While I am blessed to earn enough to meet my monthly expenses, a dream of mine remains out of reach due to financial constraints—the dream of driving. For many, driving is a simple part of everyday life, a mundane task that's often taken for granted. For me, getting an adaptive vehicle is not just about mobility; it's about breaking barriers, serving without limits, and living out God’s will for my life.
