Dan Hughes, also known as "Big Dan" from the Persimmon Ridge Grounds Crew Staff recently lost is Father-In Law and Brother-In-Law to Covid approximately at the same time. Their funerals were together this past weekend in Shelbyville, KY. There was no insurance, so expenses are a huge concern.
During this difficult time for Dan, if you feel so inclined to contribute to help this family out, please contribute through "GoFundMe" or place your contribution in an envelope "Attn: Mike Grantz" and leave with the staff at the Persimmon Ridge Pro Shop. The sooner you can provide your contribution, the better. I would recommend no later than Sunday, October 18th. Please be thinking about this family and be generous with your giving in this time of need.
2 Corinthians 9:6-8
6 Remember this: Whoever sows sparingly will also reap sparingly, and whoever sows generously will also reap generously. 7 Each of you should give what you have decided in your heart to give, not reluctantly or under compulsion, for God loves a cheerful giver. 8 And God is able to bless you abundantly, so that in all things at all times, having all that you need, you will abound in every good work.
Thanks, Clay
