After the highs of last season, winning the league on 100 points and keeping 17 clean sheets, going into this season I was hoping for another great season at Leighton Town.

However, 20 minutes into Leighton Town’s first game of the season unfortunately I ruptured my acl and tore my meniscus, mcl and patella tendon. This will require surgery to get me back as soon as possible doing what I love.

NHS wait time was a minimum of 9 months meaning I have to go privately for a chance to play next season. As a uni student, football and a small part time job at Tesco were my only forms of income so would really need some help in trying to afford this surgery.

Any support with this would help massively and be greatly appreciated so I can be back on the pitch asap doing what I love.
