Dan & Hannah Medical Fund

For those that know Hannah and Dan and what they are going through, you know that they have had the most tremulous unfathomable turn of events. For those who don’t know, I will catch you up to speed as best I can. Dan’s brain cancer came back. It is a very progressive brain cancer that required immediate surgery on October 12th. This surgery left Dan with significant complications and a 17-day hospital stay. He will be unable to work for at least six months and cannot walk and use his left side due to weakness from his surgery. He is relearning how to walk but cannot use his left arm.

Hannah, his wife, is recently unemployed now and is Dan’s sole caregiver, other than the many doctors and nurses providing Dan care during his appointments he has to attend each day. Hannah is also three months pregnant, which was a huge surprise for them! I am sure you can imagine the insane amount of stress and fear this young couple is experiencing.

I am reaching out on their behalf to ask for help with their huge medical bills (now and upcoming), healthcare, gas to get to many appointments and much-needed stability during this unstable and scary time.

The next step for Dan is starting intense radiation. This is the mask for his treatment they made yesterday. It prevents Dan from moving during the procedure. It is a particular type of radiation called stereotactic which is basically undergoing another brain surgery. Then from there, they will begin chemotherapy.
