Dan/Dan-O/Doc was truly one of a kind. There’s not a person in this world that has met him and forgotten him. He was the kindest soul, always ready to give the shirt off his back to anyone and everyone he talked to. You could always count on him for a good story, a grand adventure (or a not so smart adventure), or some words to get you through your day. When Dan was around you were in a good mood. He’s leaving behind so many memories and friends, his family, and the love is his life, Katie. Which brings us to the reason for this GoFundMe account. We’ve just learned that his employer had terminated him after he was diagnosed with cancer. So now Katie is stuck footing the bill for things that should have been covered through his employment. We’re here to try to lessen the financial stress for Katie during this unfortunate time in her life. If not for Katie, do it for Dan.
