Help Dan and Wendy pay for medical expenses.

Hi, My name is David Gaus. I’m fundraising for “brother from another mother”, Dan Dillon.

Dan has recently had brain surgery and been diagnosed with terminal brain cancer, he has been given a prognosis of 6 months. If he under goes chemo and radiation treatments could be an additional 1.5 years. 

Dan is determined to fight as he loves life and his family. His treatment is scheduled to begin first week of July in London, On. located 1.5 hours from his home. His wife Wendy of over 41 years works full time and is unable to take time off to be Dan’s caregiver due to lost income these circumstances have brought about.

Dan is one of the most caring and giving people I know. At one time he spent a good amount of time and energy collected spare computer parts from donations and built computers so he could donate them to dis-advantaged children in need.

He also looks for opportunities to help anyone he can wether it’s cutting grass clearing snow, handy-man repairs, car repairs, you name it, if he could help he will give the shirt off his back.

Dan is admired and loved by everyone who knows him. Let’s get together to give a little back to help supplement lost wages and medical and traveling cost as Dan prepares to fight for more time with his friends and family.

100% of funds raised (minus the small GoFundMe fees) will be transferred directly to Dan and Wendy as needed.
