On June 14, 2018, Dan Reeves was in a motorcycle accident involving an 18-wheeler. He was airlifted to The Medical Center in Macon, GA and as of today remains in the Trauma ICU. Dan's wife, Meredith, and his parents have been constantly by his side. While we are extremely optimistic about his recovery, we know they have a long road ahead with significant expenses that fall well outside the parameters of insurance coverage. For example, expenses for travel and overnight stays will continue to be an issue for the foreseeable future. We expect that Meredith and Dan will have to move to a more accommodating house, and Dan will likely be on unpaid leave from work for a period of time. Realistically, we also know there are upcoming expenses that will arise as Dan and Meredith will have to accommodate his ongoing recovery, even after he is home.
