Damya Miss Teen New York Candidate

Hello Everyone !! 


My name is Damya Watson and I am a contestant in the Miss Teen New York USA 2019 Pageant. Since I was younger people always told me I should do modeling. I’ve chosen to pursue this pageant based on the fact that I do indeed want to make a change . This pageant is not only focused on beauty but very focused on the intelligence of individuals training them to become leaders of the future.

I am very hard working receiving above average grades in my courses and also in a program where at 17 I will become a certified Medical Assistant ! I am always participating in any community service and is always willing to help others and put their needs before mine. I wish to pursue a career in Neonatology helping premature and sick newborns recover and become healthy. With this pageant I want to bring awareness to the world that the kids are our future.
