Hi, my name is Damon. I’m recovering from open heart surgery (performed 6/26).

I have been off work since 6/20. Thanks to a bureaucratic screw-up at the hospital, my disability insurance (unable to return to work until early-mid August) will not begin paying until 7/24.

Unfortunately, my bills are indifferent to my situation.

I never thought I would find myself in this situation, but here I am.

I would be extremely grateful for any help I can get.
