Damon Collazo - Any Help is Appreciated!

Damon Collazo was  involved in a very serious accident while vacationing in Mexico on a cruise when Damon dove into the water  and hit some rocks.  Damon has sustained injuries to the C5 and C6 vertebra and will require surgery.

In addition to medical expenses, there are also travel costs and lodging accommodations for Damon's family.
