Bronx is Burning Again: Quin and Nick Relief Fund

Friends – in very sad news, our friends and teammates Quin and Nick (aka Furby) had a devastating fire in their apartment building yesterday morning. They are out a home and a lot of possessions, and they are trying to figure out next steps.
Some of you know that Zach and I had a similar experience a couple years ago. Beyond the PTSD, I know very well how hard it is to rebuild after a crisis event like a fire. Our wonderful rugby club (shout out to Village Lions RFC) pitched together to pool some funds to help us out. We still cannot thank those of you who gave enough; that gift was a crucial start-up fund that helped us get back on our feet.
In an effort to pay it forward, I am asking all of you to consider giving now for Quin and Furb. These two are my definition of “good people.” They didn’t deserve this fire, and they do deserve your help.
Lions are love, and sometimes we all need a little more love to make it through!
