Help Damien Get Back To California

Hi, My name is Tiffany Stamps. I'm Damien's sister. Damien is dying and needs to come home as soon as possible. He is suffering from a terminal neurological brain illness that is progressing quickly. Damien has lesions on his brain that has progressed into his parietal and occipital lobe. This illness has left Damien with non reversible disabilities such as the loss of function in his right arm, speech impediment, and the ability to care for himself. He is unable to walk and uses a wheelchair to get around. There is no cure for this illness. Damien is alone and very depressed. He resides in Harrisburg, Pa. at a skilled facility getting 24 hour care. The distance between Harrisburg, Pa. and California is making it very difficult to support my brother and to see that he gets the best care possible. He is originally from the Bay Area and has family and friends in California. He wants to be closer and move back to live out his days with his family. He has to be a resident of California for at least 30 days to apply for medical assistance therefore all medication and in home care nurse will have to come out of pocket. His medication cost is over $3,000. We do not have the funds to get him out to California and cover everything. Please help me get my brother home to be with family and friends where we can shower him with love and support. No one should have to go through this alone.
