Damien Bonitto gave his life to save a friend

Hi, my name is Traci. I am fundraising for the funeral of my nephew Damien Bonitto. In a senseless act of violence, my nephew gave his life, saving his friend. When his friend called and asked Damien to come to help him pack, he dropped what he was doing and went to help. When his friend was being attacked with a knife by his father, Damien tried to defuse the situation. Thomas Auguster Dorsey stabbed Damien in the chest and through the heart. Damien gave his life helping a friend. That was who he was, and if he had it to do all over again, I have no doubt he would do it the same way.
