Hello everyone,

As many of you know, Damien, also known as “Grinner,” was a well-loved figure around Ruislip. He was known for his caring heart, his humor, and the kind of soul that would always put others first. Sadly, we’ve lost him far too soon, and the impact of his passing has been incredibly tough on his daughter, Betty, who just turned 18.

We are now in the heartbreaking position of needing to arrange and pay for his funeral. As our family is small, it’s left to Betty, her mum, and her siblings to handle these arrangements. Unfortunately, we simply do not have the funds to cover these costs, and we’re asking for your support to help us give Damien the farewell he deserves.

We understand times are tough, and any contribution, no matter how small— even just £1— would mean the world to us. If you're unable to donate, sharing this fundraiser would be equally appreciated. Every little bit helps, and the more people who see this, the more we can relieve some of the financial burden during this already overwhelming time.

Please remember Damien for the beautiful person he was, and keep Betty and the family in your thoughts and prayers. Betty, now facing life with only her siblings and mum left, needs all the love and support she can get as we strive to give her dad the send-off that will make her proud and honor his memory in the best possible way.
