Damien Fellows of Waterville, Maine. Damien was a proud Passamaquoddy tribal member, beloved son, brother, and uncle whom passed away unexpectedly on April 9, 2019. He was known by many in the Waterville area where he grew up, went to school, played sports, and later worked as a roofer. He will be missed greatly.
