Dameon LaFond’s medical costs

I am a friend and coworker of Dameon’s. I have his and his wife’s permission to be making this to help them. All the money raised will go to helping him with his medical costs. He was diagnosed with ARF (acute renal failure) due to ANCA-vasculitis or
MPO ANCA associated Glomerulonephritis
That is the current diagnosis along with covid and pneumonia as of today. (12/11/2020) 

Due to him being sick, he has been out of work for roughly 5 weeks.
