So 4 years ago I worked hard enough to safe up a deposit to buy a house while living in a HMO for 3 years with many people. one of the residents I befriended and told him he could move in to my 2 bed house with me to get away from the struggle and have some more freedom I gave him a lot and let him get away with a lot too I helped him as much as I could as I was in a better situation then him I would like to think I'm have a kind nature and help people where I can.

Recently he has taken a bad turn in life made some bad choices turnt to drugs and has jeopardized his career I have tried steering him in the right direction helping him where I can but his mental health has reached a point that it has put me my home and my kids at risk so today I gave him a week grace to vacate my property as we no longer feel safe having him around i left for work to come home to see he has deliberately set my house on fire and now nobody can live here
