We are in serious trouble.

We purchased a home 3 years ago believing that it was in good shape.

After a wind storm, we found that the previous sellers had collected an insurance check to replace the current roof, but kept the money while our home was in escrow. We were unaware of this and now our insurance will not cover the roof .

The roof is in an incredibly bad condition after another massive wind storm.

Our insurance would not cover it and we don’t have the funds to fix it.

Please help.
