Damage to stolen vehicles

I’m trying to raise money for my car as well as the others involved in this. I was at the lights at the intersection of Elizabeth st and Hwy 50 .. traveling east bound on hwy 50. He brake checked me with the Honda shown and he also stole that vehicle, I tried to swerve out of the way to not hit him but he brake checked hard enough to make me hit him. I parked to get the information from him for the insurance. He ended up opening my door aggressively and tried to pull me out. He wasn’t able to so I closed my door and locked it thinking my passenger was locked and I tried to drive away but he was able to get in my passenger seat before I was able to. I drove with him from there screaming and signaling the help sign out of my window. He was swerving my wheel and I was so shocked I didn’t know what to do. I parked on queens and 5th and ditched him and my car as I was actively getting out he was pushing me out of my car. He ended up driving all the way to castle rock and hit another vehicle!! He almost totaled my vehicle. I just got this car on Sunday. This happened yesterday at 11. He was arrested but I’m not able to pay for small claims court or able to go through the process for it. I only have liability on my vehicle and my insurance won’t pay for it. I also have to pay 450 dollars to get it out of the tow yard which i can barely afford with bills and everything. This is the maximum I’m asking for I really don’t need all of that money. I’m just not sure if any of the other vehicles are needing money to repair theirs as well. I’m trying to get a hold of all of the people involved but it’s hard! Everything is on my page on facebook Char Campos is my name.

This is an edit: I went to go see my car this morning and pay for it to get out of the tow yard. Turns out even though they said it was drivable it was not. He damaged the bottom pieces under the car. He ripped everything out of my vehicle, left weed (which I cannot drive with either way I’m underage) he peed in my vehicle. Took everything I had in there besides what money I did have in there thank GOD. The car would not start. It started and then died and wouldn’t try again. Unfortunately i don’t have the time or money to fix it.
