STORY

Da Loaded Mac is a temple to the liberated macaroni and cheese. It’s soul in a bowl: mac and cheese base, loaded with meats, toppings, and yummy sauces. It’s where our Southern roots meet the robust flavors of the Caribbean. It’s an ode to home. To comfort foods. To our childhoods. It’s delicious comfort food piled high to the cheese gods. You’ve never experienced mac and cheese like this before. WE PROMISE!

We’re a one-of-a-kind eatery serving premium food in a flavorful way with a funky setting. Our concept is founded on the idea that mac and cheese doesn’t have to be boring and basic and can even taste yummy for those who are gluten-free or vegan.

Our mac and cheese may not change the world, but we know we have put our hearts into creating SOUL. IN. A BOWL.

HOW WE GOT HERE

After a long and exhausting search (over 1 year), we finally find the perfect space in Fayetteville, GA to bring our fast-casual restaurant to life. It was an existing restaurant with a great bit of the expensive work completed, such as hood ventilation and grease traps, BUT it was missing all of the kitchen equipment. It is completely empty! No sinks, cooking equipment, refrigerator, freeze, NADA! But we did not allow the empty space to deter us. We created a renovation budget, signed the lease, and every day since August 1, ‘22, we have invested our time, energy, blood, sweat, and tears into bringing the dream to life.

THE ASK

We are reaching out to our community, family, friends, and supporters of my previous brand Nikki Can Cook to help us continue to build the dream. Because, IF WE WANT TO GO FAR, WE GO TOGETHER……

We are set to open our doors in a few short weeks and desire our community to become founding members of our first restaurant location. We understand support is an action verb and we believe we can all be a part of the dream.

Your support will allow us to have a secure budget for social media campaigns to garner new customers, hire a food stylist for promotional materials, and a security blanket for incidentals until the restaurant garners enough profit to enable us to recoup our investment (est. April.’23).

We are fully committed to this project and we have plans to expand to multiple locations in the Southeast. Your investment allows us to create a legacy and build inter-generational wealth for our family and our community.
