Daly Chanthong raise her young children, Unida and Thanouxay

Dear family and friends

On the early hours of Tuesday morning Bounsai Chanthong was in a car accident and tragically and suddenly passed away. Bounsai leaves behind his wonderful wife Daly and her two very young children Unida and Thanouxay. They all live in Vientiane, Lao PDR.

Myself and many other Australians are working together to raise money to support Bounsai's wife and two children under the toughest of circumstances.

Bounsai was known and loved by all those who worked with him. Bounsai was also very bright and successful, he successful studied his Masters in Australia and was working as the Head of HR for a French Bank based in Vientiane (Lao capital). Bounsai and I worked together for two years but never lost contact and every time I returned to Lao he would reach out to me to catchup and I also had the privilege of meeting Daly and Unida.

Daly, his wife, has lost her beloved husband and the provider for her family of two very young children.

As many of my family and friends would know, Lao PDR is an extremely poor Country and unfortunately Daly will not have the level of social support that Australians are able to access.

Therefore I am asking kind hearted friends and family to donate money that we will send to Daly. Money goes along way in Lao so ANY amount will be a blessing for Daly.
