Dallin Cunningham

Heaven gained another angel tonight; one full of spirit and joy. Dallin Cunningham was a sweet exuberant soul with an amazing imagination. He was our snuggle buddy, friend, playmate, brother, cousin, nephew, grandson and son.

He leaves behind a big hole in our hearts. He was a rambunctious little 8-year-old boy who loved video games, star wars, acting in his sisters' home movies and board games. He made friends with everyone he met and was super outgoing. He loved everyone, but most especially his family and his Heavenly Father.

Tim and Kathryn (Katie) Cunningham, his parents, love and miss him dearly. No parent should have to bear the burden of losing a child so suddenly. The least we can do is financially alleviate the medical and funeral costs.

Due to multiple requests from those who knew them throughout various communities in which they lived, we have created a Go fund me page.

This is set up by Katrina Orr, a dear friend of the Cunningham family and grownup buddy to our sweet Dallin. Tim Cunnigham is also my husband's best friend from childhood. They lived with us when they first moved to Utah. Every penny donated will go straight to the family. The funds will be spent on funerals, and medical and go directly toward family expenses. They will be transferred daily to the Cunninghams directly.

*To honor their request for privacy, I have not included a photo of Dallin, but rather a letter he wrote me a few years ago when they were living with us in their move to Utah. Completely unprompted in a free writing exercise for school, he expressed gratitude and love. I will always treasure it on my wall and in my heart.*
