Help support Dallen Schwab in his fight against ALS
Donation protected
Dear friends, family, and community,
As many of you know, Dallen Schwab has been diagnosed with ALS (Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis), a progressive neurodegenerative disease that currently has no cure. Dallen is a devoted husband to Colleen, an incredible father to Tanner and Ashlyn, a cherished son, brother, and uncle, a loyal friend to many, and a passionate teammate, coach and teacher who has touched countless lives through his kindness, strength, and unwavering positivity.
In March of 2025, Dallen was diagnosed with ALS. The Schwabs are experiencing a number of immediate challenges in adjusting to the reality of ALS. As ALS progresses, it brings with it overwhelming medical expenses, including costly medications, assistive devices, home modifications, and professional care. These resources are essential to maintaining Dallen’s quality of life, dignity, and comfort as he navigates this challenging journey. Dallen is a fighter. Dallen and his family have recently returned from oversees for a treatment only available in the UK, in hopes of slowing down his progression. This is just one step in Dallen's planned journey in dealing with ALS. Dallen and his family will continue to explore all resources available in order to face ALS head on.
We are reaching out to ask for your help—whether through a financial donation, a message of support, or simply by sharing this campaign. Every dollar raised will go directly toward Dallen’s care, ensuring he gets the best possible support as we face this together. Dallen has always been there for his team, his family, and his friends. Let’s rally around him now and show him how deeply he’s loved. Thank you for your compassion, your prayers, and your generosity.
With gratitude.
