Hi my name is Amanda Johnson. I am one of many aunties that Dallas has … this is a hard pill for all of us to handle but a month ago Dallas went in for a lump on the side of his head ,they removed it and sent it away to a biopsy… a few weeks later his mother got the worse news ever .. your son has neuroblastoma and requires chemotherapy… Dallas went in for a scan today and they found another 2 spots on Dallas’s leg , and was formally diagnosed with stage 4 cancer … as this family nevigates threw this process there’s gonna be a lot of extra expenses such as fuel , parking , food and of course bills … Dallas’s mom and grandparents need to focus on him and him only .. these other expenses let us as a community look after them for you … we are unsure of the outcome as Dallas is only 18 months old .. but he’s a fighter and that’s what all of us need to keep in mind … and keep your thoughts and prayers going forward … what we know is right now this little boy has a huge fight infront of him that no one deserves to go threw !! Any help what so ever will help go towards expenses that accumulate through this process
