A Varese vogliamo creare qualcosa di unico.
Non un semplice bar, ma uno spazio culturale vivo dove musica, arte,
artigianato e tradizioni mediterranee possano incontrarsi.
Un luogo dove fermarsi a bere un caffè arabo, ascoltare musica dal vivo,
partecipare a laboratori creativi, scoprire prodotti artigianali, sostenere chi sta cercando di costruire la propria vita o semplicemente stare insieme ad amici.
Vogliamo chiamarlo “Casa”, perché sarà davvero una casa per tutti.
Perché nasce questo progetto
Questa idea nasce da Noor Alghoul, giovane palestinese di 25 anni.
Prima di arrivare in Italia, Noor gestiva insieme a suo padre il caffè culturale e artistico "Safar" a Ramallah, in Palestina.
Era un luogo dove la musica, l’arte e la comunità si incontravano.
Purtroppo, a causa della difficile situazione nel paese e della guerra, quel locale ha dovuto chiudere.
Oggi Noor vive a Varese, in Italia, e ha fatto richiesta di asilo politico.
Porta con sé non solo una storia personale complessa, ma anche un sogno chiaro: ricreare lo spazio culturale che aveva costruito in Palestina, ora in Italia.
Noor ha studiato produzione cinematografica, è musicista e percussionista, ed è da sempre impegnato nell’organizzazione di eventi artistici e culturali.
Cosa vogliamo creare
“Casa” sarà uno spazio che unisce:
• Un bar con caffè arabo, tè naturali e bevande mediterranee
• Piccoli concerti e musica dal vivo di qualità, con focus sulla musica araba e mediterranea
• Laboratori artistici e corsi creativi
• Uno spazio dedicato all’artigianato, dove chi produce dolci, prodotti fatti a mano o creazioni artistiche possa esporre e vendere
Casa non sarà solo un’attività: sarà una piattaforma di supporto per artisti, creativi e persone con talento, anche con risorse limitate.
Ogni persona che sostiene questo progetto non sostiene solo Noor, ma
contribuisce a creare opportunità per tutti coloro che come lui cercano di ricostruire la propria vita e far emergere la propria creatività.
Budget e investimenti
Per realizzare la prima fase del progetto, il budget stimato è di 25.000 €, destinati a:
• Allestimento e preparazione leggera dello spazio: 5.000 €
• Attrezzature essenziali da bar e servizio caffetteria: 4.500 €
• Arredi e allestimento interno (design semplice e funzionale): 3.500 €
• Licenze, tasse, assicurazioni e costi amministrativi: 3.000 €
• Affitto iniziale e deposito cauzionale: 3.000 €
• Persone coinvolte nella gestione e supporto operativo iniziale: 3.000€ • Marketing, comunicazione e lancio del progetto: 2.000 €
• Eventi e attività culturali iniziali: 1.500 €
• Fondo imprevisti e sicurezza operativa: 2.500 €

In Varese, we want to create something unique.
Not just a simple bar, but a vibrant cultural space where music, art,
craftsmanship, and Mediterranean traditions can come together.
A place where you can stop for an Arabic coffee, listen to live music, take part in creative workshops, discover handmade products, support those trying to build their lives, or simply spend time with friends.
We want to call it “Casa,” because it will truly be a home for everyone.
Why this project was born
This idea comes from Noor Alghoul, a 25-year-old Palestinian.
Before arriving in Italy, Noor ran the cultural and artistic café "Safar" in Ramallah, Palestine, together with his father. It was a place where music, art, and community came together.
Unfortunately, due to the difficult situation in the country and the war, that place had to close.
Today, Noor lives in Varese, Italy, and has applied for political asylum.
He brings with him not only a complex personal story, but also a clear dream: to recreate the cultural space he built in Palestine, now in Italy.
Noor studied film production, is a musician and percussionist, and has
always been involved in organizing artistic and cultural events.
What we want to create
“Casa” will be a space that brings together:
• A bar with Arabic coffee, natural teas, and Mediterranean beverages
• Small concerts and high-quality live music, with a focus on Arabic and
Mediterranean music
• Artistic workshops and creative courses
• A space dedicated to craftsmanship, where those who produce sweets, handmade products, or artistic creations can exhibit and sell
Casa will not just be a business: it will be a support platform for artists,
creatives, and talented people, even those with limited resources.
Every person who supports this project is not only supporting Noor, but also helping create opportunities for everyone who, like him, is trying to rebuild their life and express their creativity.
Budget and investments
To complete the first phase of the project, the estimated budget is 25,000 €, allocated as follows:
• Light setup and space preparation: 5,000 €
• Essential coffee bar and service equipment: 4,500 €
• Furniture and interior setup (simple and functional design): 3,500 €
• Licenses, taxes, insurance, and administrative costs: 3,000 €
• Initial rent and security deposit: 3,000 €
• People involved in management and initial operational support: 3,000€
• Marketing, communication, and project launch: 2,000 €
• Initial events and cultural activities: 1,500 €
• Contingency and operational safety fund: 2,500 €
