Help Dali build a computer that isn't begging for death

Hi everyone,

I'm Dalisay. You may know me from famed video game Dead by Daylight, or you may know me as a vtuber or an art educator. I'm ALSO now a part of the esteemed ranks of the funemployed. So I am here to implore you to help me with a problem I have. My workhorse computer that I use for everything, creating, educating, etc is violently ill.

It's so sick, every time I load it up, it gives me an error that if I look up the vague error code it just says "Replace your CPU and MOBO". Of course it's never that simple, you can't just replace your CPU and MOBO, so many things have to be replaced once you replace those two bitches.

I'm here to ask you to help me buy new computer parts that will allow me to continue creating art while I figure shit out. Currently it struggles to stream, it struggles to use art programs, even with reformatting and using a new harddrive. So, it's gotta be taken out back, Old Yeller style. (Once I back up everything.)

All my peripherals still work, however, I am hoping to raise money to replace some of the inherited accessories that work LESS well such as my audio interface (an old GoXLR with a few knobs missing).

Also please if you're better at building computers than me, and understand parts better than me, please advise! This is just generally what I want. It's not the highest end build. But it's strong enough for me to work on art and test games.

COST BREAKDOWN:

The first 1000$ - will be used towards the CPU and RAM and have some extra saved towards maybe the cooler.

2000$ - I will buy the PSU, the case, and the backup harddrive.

3000-4000$ - The video card is a want not a need.

5000$ - the rodecaster duo is a want.
