As you may have heard, Dale Bradbury is retiring at the end of the month!

It's 41 years since he walked into Austin Rover as an apprentice and in that time, Dale has become a people-centred leader who many of you have enjoyed working alongside, and known as a friend, mentor and coach.

Soon enough he'll be swapping 1-1s, RADS and chapter meetings for trumpets, band rehearsals, and dog walking, but not before we give him a memorable send-off - part of which is a collection, which we'll turn into a memorable gift for him to keep (ideas also welcome ).
