Dale’s Fight Against Cancer

 After multiple requests for us to start this by friends and family, we decided to do it. Dale and our mom do not know we aredoing this. They both would tell us ABSOLUTELY NOT if we asked for their permission. So, we will ask for forgiveness and not permission.  

Dale was diagnosed with Stage 4 Bladder Cancer - a very rare form. He has been out of work since the summer and began Chemo last month. 

We know Dale is a fighter. He fought in the navy, he’s fought for sobriety these last 10 years and he has already fought cancer before. We for sure as hell know he’s going to FIGHT this big fight!

With that being said, between Dale being out of work for months, the medical bills piling up and now with Chemo treatments, you can probably imagine how tight it’s getting for them financially. With the Christmas season upon us we thought it would be a nice way to bring some Christmas cheer into their world. 

My mom and Dale have been and will continue to isolate to keep Dale safe and healthy. This means this will be their first time ever celebrating the holidays without their family.

The money raised will be given to them on Christmas Eve. We will be sure to make sure everyone that donates has their name signed on the card. We are figuring out a way that we can record them receiving the monetary gift so those that participated can view it too. This is all about bringing the Holiday Spirit to him and my mom during the most difficult time in their lives.
