Dale's Battle: Cancer and Unsafe Home

After a rent increase that amounted to more than his Social Security payment, Vietnam Veteran Dale Harris was forced to find new housing quickly.

With little to no funds available, he utilized his military benefit to purchase a home using his VA Eligibility for financing. The seller lied, omitted, and intentionally did not disclose numerous material defects, many of which are safety matters. He is unable to pay for legal representation or for repairs to be made to make his home safe and comfortable for the remainder of his life.

Recently diagnosed with Stage 4 Esophageal Cancer which has spread to one lung, he would like to see the seller be held accountable and hoping for well-deserved basic peace of mind.
