Hi, my name is Danielle Youngblood and this fundraiser is for my father-in-law Dale Youngblood. Dale has always been such an active member of the community and fundraisers/organizations. As many know, Dale has had lung cancer, diabetes, and unoperabble heart issues. A few weeks ago Dale was sent to Nashville with high sugar levels and an infection from his lung biopsy. He was sent home but returned in a five days with worsening symptoms. Over the last few days they have determined that his lung mass/tumor is causing pneumonia and only shrinking the tumor with radiation would help with the infection; but, with his pneumonia and weakness that is not a possible option. Yesterday, we found out that he has had 2 mild heart attacks, and has several blockages near his heart even some that already have a stint. At this point we are getting updated daily on what will happen next. We do not know when or if he will get to come home. Dale and his wife Wannette are two of the most caring and generous people that I have ever had the pleasure of knowing. This has put an emotional, physical, and financial strain on them. Wannette has taken off the rest of the school year so that she can be with Dale in Nashville. Any donation would be so appreciated for my mother and father in law. Most of all PLEASE pray for them! We need all of the prayers that we can get!
