Dale Tanner experienced CHF exacerbation and went in to have a defibrillator put in and coded. 3 cycles of CPR were performed with 2 shocks. He has since declined in his health and is in multi organ failure. He has been placed on palliative care and is an organ donor. Once he passes, his organs that are functional will be donated. We are asking for help with the cost of of this unexpected burial.
