In the wee hours of this morning, November 27th, Dale Hipps’ house caught on fire and burned. Dad woke up smelling smoke and found the house filled and the floor below Rosie’s bed in flames. He yelled up to Rosie, waking her up and told her to get out and she ran and jumped out the window. Praise the Lord, they all made it out alive especially considering the charred remains of Rosie’s bed. As you all know my dad is nothing but a faithful man who has poured into his community and raised his family unwaveringly. The house is unlivable. Even the furthermost Attic is charred and melted. The floors are a solid sheet of ice with icicles on the ceiling fans. They don’t even know what to do at this point but I know he doesn’t have funds to rebuild. Let’s rally around and help them rebuild!
