The Dale Cowan Memorial Scholarship Fund

Dale Cowan believed deeply in the power of education.

As a vice principal, mentor, husband, father, grandfather, and friend, he dedicated his life to helping others learn, grow, and become the best versions of themselves. He led with kindness, integrity, honesty, and compassion, and he believed that every person deserved the opportunity to reach their full potential.

In honour of Dale’s life and legacy, we are establishing the Dale Cowan Memorial Scholarship Fund.

This scholarship will support students pursuing further education while recognizing the qualities that Dale valued most: character, perseverance, kindness, integrity, and a commitment to lifelong learning.

More than academic achievement alone, this scholarship seeks to recognize students who make a positive impact on those around them, who demonstrate strength of character, and who strive to create a better future for themselves and their communities.

Through this fund, Dale’s belief in education and his commitment to helping others will continue to make a difference in the lives of students for years to come.
