I am raising funds for Dale Cash, beloved youth football coach and well known bass player extraordinaire. He has Multiple Myeloma, a form of cancer that affects how blood cells are produced. This cancer is treatable but not curable. Dale recently received a stem cell transplant at University of California San Francisco Medical Center. He is recovering well at home.

Dale and his wife Annie need assistance to help cover expenses related to medical treatment but not covered by insurance. These expenses include current and ongoing travel, lodging, loss of work income as related to cancer treatment and some important, post cancer treatment, dental expenses!

Before Dale underwent the stem cell transplant, to prevent infection spreading from any tooth decay, his teeth had to be removed. This pre-treatment dental work was covered by his medical insurance. Post cancer treatment dental work which includes a new set of teeth, is not covered by insurance. This dental work has to be paid for, "out-of-pocket" by Dale and Annie. An estimate for the dental cost is $3000.00. Funds are needed to pay for Dale's new teeth!
