Hi, My name is Eric and I have been friends with Dale since I was 7 years old. Thats a long time! 60+ years. Unfortunately, I married her and her asshole husband about 10 years ago and he has stuck around to make her life miserable ever since. Also unfortunately, she has a heart of gold and forgives this useless POS every time he does something stupid whiich has been constantly on a regular basis. If it's a drug binge and he disappears for a week, we assume the worst and he keeps coming back like a bad dream. Dozens of times. Not occasionally. Dozens of times. But Saint Dale always looks at the good times when he wasn't a dickhead and lets him back in. When shithead didn't pay the taxes for 5 years (which he told her he had paid but hadn't) and Dale was having a tax lien put against her house, I paid. When appliances break we all get together and get it replaced (she is our private chef you know) but Joe, who is dying of cancer figured, hell I'm dying from lung cancer, I'll just start smoking again. So he steals Dales car (that I sold her) and smashes it up. Now Dale had plans to go north for the 4th. When we thought he had brain cancer last month and myself and another friend gave her some dough to go up north so Joe could see his mom and sister before he croaked. Frankly, I told Dale screw the Chemo, get him north. He is gonna croak anyway. So here it is, a week away, and numbnuts wrecks the car. He can't fucking see, hear and is in a comotose state most of the time and decides to go get a pack of butts. So now, Dale has no car, no way to go north, no way to get stupid to Chemo and of course, no money. So I would like Dale to take the money we gave her, rent a car, go north, let Joe see family and start a gofundme page for her to ease the pain of having to live with an idiot for all those years to get her a new set of wheels. She want's a shitbox (I will get her cologuard box) but she needs something reliable to get stupid back and forth until he is no longer here to go back and forth. 5K is a reasonable number and I know Dale has lots of friends out there willing to give her a helping hand. Yeah, maybe I sound a little tough on Joe, but he deserves it. Fucking jackass. Dale doesn't.
