Hello Everyone! Dad did not want a wake or funeral so there is nowhere to send flowers etc. Those of you who knew my father well will completely understand. That is how he was. So, we are going to have a permanent Memorial in Dad's name made (paving stone) and placed at McCoy Park in Fort Atkinson (the local Veteran's Memorial Park). Depending on our final budget from this "GoFundMe," we also hope to do a decorative and functional memorial reflection bench, likely of stone or concrete, at Evergreen Cemetery within view of the columbarium where Dad's ashes will be interred.
