Dale and Shawntel with medical expenses and recovery

My name is Jay Fleischer. Dale and I have played baseball for several years, and he is the manager of a team I coach for. I got word from Shawntel, his wife, that Dale was taken to the hospital for emergency surgery. Due to his diverticulitis, he had developed several perforations, which unfortunately has also led to a colostomy. It is unsure at this time how long he will need to be in the hospital, but as this is a very extensive procedure, Dale will probably be out of work for an unknown amount of time. There will be doctor follow-ups along with the necessary supplies needed to take care of him during this time.

It would be greatly appreciated to show him and his family how much support they have to help them get through these unknown times. If anyone is able to donate to help with some of the medical bills that we know will be coming in, it will be one less thing they will have to worry about.
